The 2005 & 2006 Pro World Champion has been in the weight training business for over 15 years, and training himself for over 20. His competition career started in 1994 when he won the overall title and best choreography at his very first competition ever. Since then, he is one of a few bodybuilders on this planet to have Pro status in 3 different organizations (WNSO, Musclemania and PNBA). He has his own segment on the television fitness show ‘’En Forme Magazine’’ on the RDS sports channel, has his ‘’Winning Words’’ column in the FAME fitness and lifestyle magazine and is a regular feature in Robert Kennedy’s Reps magazine. He is a P.I.C.P. certified strength coach, trainer and nutrition advisor of numerous National and International bodybuilding, fitness, figure and fitness model champions (including World Champions), and his thirst for knowledge is never quenching, making him one of the most sought after physique transformation experts in the world.
